Description: The Ministry of Human
Resources and Emiratisation has begun to adopt the use of the digital national
identity to allow users to access its services with ease and speed. Relying on
future technology, the digital identity provides simplified solutions to access
services via smart phones without the need for a password or a user name, and
without the need to visit service centres, since services are obtained, documents digitally
signed and validated through the digital channels.
Activating the
registration of users for government services in the digital identity provides
a set of advantages, most notably: (a secure digital identity, a unified
registration for access to all government websites and their services from the
mobile phone, digitally signing and authenticating documents, storing and
sharing digital documents, updating your profile, address, contact information
and customized services).
This new digital
identity application for the Ministry aims to achieve digital transformation
instead of the reliance on paper transactions, and the "digital
identity" provides the customer with secure access to various government
websites and applications. The Ministry is working to update all of its
internal and external systems and basic operations according to a roadmap for a
comprehensive digital transformation based on a new and innovative operating
model to develop the digital system of the Ministry.

obtain the Ministry's digital services by relying on future technology, to
facilitate and speed up access to services
