Training in Emiratisation file

Training in Emiratisation file

The theme of training and qualifying Emiratis as well as refining their skills is a major track parallel to that of employment in the Emiratisation file. The goals of this important national file cannot be achieved by only focusing on recruitment processes and dealing with training as a less important issue. Based on this, the package of Emiratisation decisions issued by the esteemed Cabinet tend to underline the importance of both tracks for bolstering the role of national human resources in the comprehensive and sustainable process of development and the transformation efforts towards a competitive knowledge-based economy and for empowering highly qualified Emiratis to lead the economic sectors competently and efficiently.

In implementation of the training strategy within the general vision of the Emiratisation file, which is based on the partnership between the federal government and local sectors, several initiatives were launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) in partnership and co-operation with its strategic partners. These initiatives included various training and guidance programs that are in line with the requirements of the jobs available in the establishments and companies operating in the various economic sectors that always look for highly qualified and experienced employees to meet their job requirements. These training programs are also compatible with the requirements of future jobs based on technology and artificial intelligence.

While underscoring the high-quality outputs of our widely reputed educational institutions, the training programs implemented by the MoHRE in co-operation with its partners are complementary to academic attainment. This would pave the way for graduates and other job seekers to be employed and achieve their aspirations.

Therefore, I call on Emiratis to take advantage of training opportunities and to invest for their benefit and the benefit of the homeland.
